How do Preorders work?

Preorders will be available for 30 days from May 10th to June 8th! I wanted to keep these preorders as close to the Kickstarter experience I have offered before with my previous bags and plushies. And I know we all have different times of the month that are a little easier for us to treat ourselves! That is how I came up with having preorders open for a full 30 days to allow everyone to get their hands on the Coffin Ita Bag of their dreams 🙌🏻 Preorders are $90 which is a discounted price as a thank you from me to you for supporting my little shop and big dreams! The price of the bags will go up slightly after preorders ship.

How long until I get my bag?

​

Production of bags like these, where it is a fully customized design, often takes a long time, but it is SO worth it! For anyone that loves to support small business while being first in line to limited edition, custom designs at discounted rate, this is for you! While production can take months, I post TONS of updates and behind the scenes on my TikTok (@Sugar_meki) and Instagram (@Sugarmeki) pages so you can follow along with the entire process from beginning to end! My Manu is amazing and sends me random updates that I share in my Instagram story for you to enjoy also 💗 At the moment I estimate the bags to ship around late October 2023. If this changes for any reason I will update all preorders right away to keep you informed.

How long does shipping take?

​

Shipping from my Manu typically takes around 45 days. I get the tracking number for all the bags and I usually get the next update when the bags arrive in the US around 30-45 days. Once they arrive in the US they get to me pretty quickly!

Once I have the bags I do a quality check, then I begin shipment to you right away! Us shipping tends to take 2-7 days depending on where you live. International shipping varies depending on location.

Am I guaranteed a bag?

​

If you have gotten a bag or plush from me before on Kickstarter you will remember that we have a goal to reach for the bags to be funded. If we reach our goal within the 30 days that preorders are open, you are guaranteed to get your bag! If we do not reach our goal, all preorders will be refunded right after preorders end. And then I will plan a Kickstarter for the bags!

Will their be other colors of the bag offered?

​

I hope to offer a coffin bag in ever color of the rainbow! 🌈 If the first 5 colors are fully funded I will offer two more color options! To decide what colors I will take a poll vote in my Instagram story so make sure to follow me there and help us choose! If the original 5 bags do not ALL reach their funding, I will likely offer the other colors in a Kickstarter in the future.

What if I have questions during the 30 day preorders or during production?

​

Even though I work a full time job traveling around the US and I am a mom, I try very hard to give the best Customer Experience by responding to emails and messages on instagram as soon as I can. Sometimes due to a demanding schedule it might take me a few days but I WILL get back to you! Message me any time!

Refunds or Cancelations?

​

100% of all funds from preorders go to the production of the bags. If production begins,  all funds will be used and no refunds will be available. By purchasing you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older 🌸
