Return Policy

Returns are not offered at this time. If you have a concerns with your products,

please contact Sugarmeki via email.

Refunds & Cancellations

Non-Preorder cancellations are available for 48 hours after your order has been placed. Cancellations within this time period will receive a full refund. Please note that cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.

Preorder Refunds & Cancellations

​

By purchasing a preorder item, you are agreeing to wait the allotted time for the item/s you're preordered. Sugarmeki will update all preorder customers via email as the item/s production comes along, as well on the shops social media platforms such at Instagram @Sugarmeki and TikTok @Sugar_meki. Cancellations for a full refund will be available for 48 hours after your purchase is made. Please contact Sugarmeki directly through our website, via email or on Instagram with your order name and number.

Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges may be available for 48 hours after your items delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, your item/s must be unused and in the condition in which it was recieved. If you believe your item to be defective, damaged or the incorrect item, please contact Sugarmeki via email with photos it the item/s, along with the name that the order was placed under and the order number.
