Shipping

Items are shipping through USPS from Illinois, USA.

​

This shop is majority ran solely by the shop owner from concept design, to creation, to packing

items and all that is in-between for a small business. For this reason orders are typically

processed within 2-3 weeks.

USA: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days

​

International: Orders typically arrive within 25-40 business days. Please note that every country has different customs times. Please contact your local shipping department if you believe your package is being held.

** If your package contains a preorder item, please refer to the

items description for estimated shipping times.

Customs

​

Customers are responsible for paying all custom and import fees that are

associated with your country and shipping location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

​

Sugarmeki ships items to the address listed in your payment information. If you are paying with PayPal, please confirm your PayPal address information is correct before placing your order. If you accidentally enter the incorrect shipping information please contact Sugarmeki right away. If your order has not shipped yet, we can fix this for you. If your order has already shipped, please contact USPS immediately for their assistance to prevent complications. Sugarmeki is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

Package marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it 

​

If you receive notification that your package has arrived but you did not receive

it, please wait 1 additional business day as the package could have been marked delivered

by mistake, and typically arrives by the following day. After this additional business day, please

contact USPS for further assistance.
